If your problems relate to hardware, we support all issues detailed within the support contract. If you do not have a support contract you may still be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. if you are in any doubt please email us at support@my-com.co.uk and we will endevour to assist.

All software supplied and installed by us will be covered within the terms and conditions of your contract.
